Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
• Test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging through A/B testing
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align messaging

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on PPC/paid advertising experience
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Google Ads certification preferred
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets
