Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy credit risk models and scorecards end-to-end
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and traditional risk modelling approaches for credit risk assessment
• Perform data analysis and model development using Python and PySpark
• Collaborate with business and risk teams to translate data insights into actionable credit decisions
• Monitor model performance and recalibrate scorecards as required

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data science with a focus on credit risk
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment techniques including logistic regression, scorecards, and ML-based models
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data analysis and model development
• Candidates from Tier 1 institutions preferred
• Experience in the BFSI or fintech domain is an advantage
