Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Ab Initio graphs for batch and/or continuous flows
• Perform performance tuning and optimization on Ab Initio graphs
• Manage source control and code promotion within Ab Initio
• Write and maintain SQL against relational databases and support with shell scripting
• Apply database, computing, and networking fundamentals to solution design
• Collaborate within Agile teams and communicate progress clearly with stakeholders

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of hands-on experience building Ab Initio graphs (Batch and/or Continuous Flows)
• Proven experience with performance tuning and optimization of Ab Initio graphs
• Experience with source control and code promotion in Ab Initio
• Strong SQL (RDBMS) skills and basic shell scripting ability
• Solid understanding of database, computing, and networking fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
• Nice to have: API-driven and real-time application development experience
• Nice to have: Strong knowledge of Continuous Flows
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud-hosted Ab Initio solutions
