- Maintain and improve Salesforce to support business processes across sales, marketing and customer operations.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis that improve visibility, decision-making and operational accountability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, identify gaps and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Support data quality, data hygiene and governance practices across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, user requests and production support needs in a timely and reliable manner.
- Support system enhancements, release activities, testing, documentation, training and user adoption.
- Assist with integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities centered around Salesforce and connected business systems.
- Provide support for adjacent SaaS tools, primarily HubSpot, with opportunity to expand ownership over time.

### Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce support or a closely related systems role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud preferred.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, user support, process improvement and system configuration in Salesforce.
- Experience supporting adjacent go-to-market platforms such as HubSpot or similar SaaS tools.
- Experience in a similar company environment or in an entry-level role within a comparable vertical.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and structured change processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, reliability, sound judgment and the ability to adapt to new challenges while operating within defined processes.
An Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
