Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable, distributed backend systems
• Design and develop microservices and REST APIs
• Work on high-volume, low-latency systems
• Contribute to event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies
• Apply system design and problem-solving skills to complex engineering challenges

Requirements

• 5-8 years of full-time software engineering experience
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience building scalable, distributed systems
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience working with high-volume, low-latency systems
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Experience with performance optimization and reliability engineering (good to have)
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools/workflows (good to have)
• Experience in product, payments, fintech, or high-scale platforms (good to have)
