Exceptional reconciliation and analytical skills. - Advanced to Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, index match and v-lookups - Experience with Great Plains, or similar general ledger platform preferred - CPA licenses preferred A Day in the Life of a Senior Accountant: - Provide services and support for the following areas: - Perform the monthly financial closing processes including journal entry preparation - Maintain and administer accounts receivable records and files among several third-party billing entities - Perform & maintain month-end reconciliations - Perform multi-location financial analysis against budget/forecast & full cycle accounting - Collaborate with Revenue Analytics Manager to review rate trends, make recommendations on AR valuation, track cash collections, and monitor against accrual rates - Prepare PBCs and support the financial statement audit - Maintain AR aging and metrics reports, including reserve rates and days sales outstanding - Ability to investigate and resolve any irregularities with billers - Evaluate and recommends solutions for continuous improvement pertaining to level of AR responsibility - Prepare ad hoc financial reports to summarize AR metrics for management to use in the evaluation of accounts receivable performance Why Solis Mammography? - A Great Place to Work for multiple years in a row! - Offer competitive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, Backup Child/Adult Care as well as other unique benefits.
