**FlowX.AI** is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes. **Mission** We're looking for a **Senior UX Designer** to ensure our products deliver intuitive, research-backed experiences that truly meet user needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of design quality and continuously refine how we understand and design for our users. **This is what you will be contributing to:** - **User research:** Plan and run interviews, usability tests, and other research to understand user needs and workflows. - **Insight synthesis:** Turn research, product feedback, and usage data into clear problems, opportunities, and design decisions. - **Experience design:** Simplify complex end-to-end journeys across the FlowX platform. - **AI-assisted prototyping:** Use tools such as Claude to rapidly explore, prototype, and validate solutions. - **Interface design:** Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that are clear, consistent, and scalable. - **Validation:** Test concepts with users and iterate based on evidence. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Work closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery. - **Design advocacy:** Promote user-centered, evidence-based design practices across the organization. **Experience & skill set you need to succeed:** - 5+ years of working full-time as a UX designer in an IT product company. - Experience with product design from scratch for complex user flows. - Experience with design and prototyping tools, including AI-driven. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Visual design skills in typography, color, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and consistent use of design systems. **Here are examples of things we’ve worked on:** - Evolving a themeable, scalable design system used across complex enterprise applications. - Designing how business and technical users interact with a low-code and AI-assisted development platform. - Researching and reducing friction across end-to-end solution-building journeys, from configuration and integration to testing, troubleshooting, and deployment. - Designing AI-assisted experiences that help users build complex business solutions faster while remaining in control of the generated implementation. - Creating guided evaluation and SaaS onboarding experiences that help new users understand the platform, achieve value quickly, and explore it safely. - Simplifying complex enterprise capabilities such as process design, data modeling, integrations, governance, observability, and agent configuration. **What's in it for you:** - Joining a product company in such early stages means you are invited to leave a print on the evolution of both the business and the product. - Involvement in international accounts throughout the expansion of the company. - Direct involvement in further building the team & the culture. - Early-stage equity package to be considered. **Location: Bucharest**
