Job Description

Sierra Business Solution is hiring a Business Analyst for a long-term, 100% onsite (from day one) role in McLean, VA, requiring local candidates for a face-to-face interview. The role focuses on business analysis, SQL, Snowflake, Dremio, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Write and optimize SQL queries against Snowflake and Dremio
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot data issues
  • Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong Business Analysis experience
  • Hands-on SQL and Snowflake experience
  • Experience with Dremio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be local to McLean, VA for in-person interview and onsite work
