You will drive technical excellence, establish engineering best practices, and create solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and user experiences. - Lead the architecture and development of scalable full-stack applications focused on improving customer and business outcomes. - Design and implement cloud-native solutions using modern technologies to optimize performance, cost, security, and reliability. - Build AI-enabled applications leveraging large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and structured outputs. - Develop secure APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems that support enterprise integrations and intelligent automation. - Drive adoption of agentic AI patterns, including workflow orchestration, contextual reasoning, and autonomous execution capabilities. - Establish engineering standards around code quality, automated testing, CI/CD practices, observability, and production readiness. - Collaborate with product teams, architects, consultants, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system resilience, monitoring, and long-term maintainability. - Contribute to technical direction, documentation, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in enterprise application development, cloud architecture, and AI-powered solutions.
