Superworks is hiring a Chat Support Executive to assist customers via live chat, resolving product queries and issues related to the Super HRMS suite, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate complex ones
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Fresher to 1.5 years of experience in customer/chat support
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Patience and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask across chat conversations
