Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models for banking products and services
• Analyze large volumes of customer, transaction, loan, and operational data
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, finance, marketing, and technology teams
• Perform data cleansing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are followed

• Experience in Retail Banking
• Experience in Commercial Banking
• Experience in Consumer Lending
• Experience in Credit Risk Modelling
• Experience in Fraud Analytics
• Experience in Customer Analytics
• Experience with Python AI/ML model deployment and MLOps
• Knowledge of model governance and explainable AI
• Experience working in regulated financial environments
• Exposure to data governance frameworks and enterprise data management
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Must be a US Citizen
• Willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA (locals only)
