## Description Position: Talent Recruiter Location: St. Johns, MI Join AgroLiquid as a Talent Recruiter and play an important role in supporting our continued growth by connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. This position leads the full recruiting process, from developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines to facilitating interviews, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and presenting offers. The Talent Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, strengthen interviewing practices, analyze recruiting trends, and continuously improve the candidate and hiring experience. We are looking for a driven, organized, and relationship-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and representing AgroLiquid within the company and throughout the community. Key Responsibilities: - Actively recruit and fill new and open positions with qualified, value add candidates {1} - Post positions effectively & maintain accounts on multiple platforms. - Lead and drive interview processes for open positions {2} - Receive, review, store, distribute and maintain resumes/applications - Build/maintain pipeline and network for candidate pool {3} - Establish and maintain recruiting source relationships - Create, present & navigate employment offers {4} - Coordinate completion all pre-employment tests and processes - Drive development of hiring manager interviewing skills and techniques {5} - Introduce and train hiring managers/supervisors to use candidate scoring tools - Regularly conduct hiring market analysis for changing trends - Present & implement approved related changes - Create, utilize and maintain customized processes for each type/level of position - Track and analyze recruiting, hiring and retention for continuous improvement - Update, continuously improve and maintain HR page on company website. - Create and send candidate correspondence letters and maintain historical files - Maintain confidentiality of all employee and candidate related information - Represent company in on-site and local presences & presentation needs to groups - Follow all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times. - Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for self and employees - Special projects as needed - Other misc. duties as deemed necessary by management What We Offer: We provide a complete compensation package to our employees that supports them from employment to retirement.
