Job Description
ValzoSoft Solutions is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter to source and place candidates on US IT staffing requirements, working closely with account managers on Tech Mahindra and TCS engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT staffing requirements
- Work on Tech Mahindra (TechM) and TCS requirements
- Use job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to identify candidates
- Evaluate candidates against W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement types and US work authorization status
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline in a target-driven environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience working on Tech Mahindra (TechM) and TCS requirements is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorization
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work US shift hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
