Job Description
vHire Inc is hiring an IT Recruiter to join its Chennai team, supporting end-to-end recruitment for leading GCCs, product companies, and global technology clients. This is a work-from-office role in Sholinganallur, Chennai, ideal for a recruiter looking to accelerate their career in a high-growth staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals
- Excellent screening and communication skills
- Comfortable working from office in Chennai
