Job Description
vHire Inc is hiring a Lead Recruiter to join its Chennai team, driving end-to-end recruitment delivery and mentoring a small team of recruiters. This is a work-from-office role in Sholinganallur, Chennai, supporting hiring for leading GCCs, product companies, and global technology clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for client accounts
- Mentor and guide a small team of recruiters
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Own stakeholder management and hiring outcomes
Requirements
- 3-4 years of IT recruitment experience
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working from office in Chennai
