Position Basis: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid Framework)
Are you an articulate communicator who shines at establishing corporate connections? Our award-winning organization is seeking a goal-oriented German-Speaking Business Development Representative to join our premier team in Krakow, Poland. In this role, you will serve as a crucial touchpoint for world-class technology brands, assisting companies with cloud adoption and strategic digital expansion plans.
Work Model: Maintain a healthy work-life integration with a balanced hybrid framework consisting of 3 days on-site in our Krakow office and 2 days remote from home.
## Your Mission & Tasks
In this role, you will function as a strategic consultant, identifying digital opportunities and working closely with business leaders to upgrade their corporate operations.
- Cultivating Alliances: Formulate and sustain robust, enduring commercial partnerships with small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate executives.
- Accelerating Revenue: Apply your technological insights to navigate high-level commercial negotiations, resolve intricate client pain points, and consistently surpass your sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Actively source prospective corporate accounts and oversee a structured, professional sales funnel for our international technology partners.
- Market Intelligence: Keep pace with the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and digital media to offer specialized, metrics-driven advice to your clients.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with corporate leadership to ensure your individual sales milestones stay perfectly aligned with big-picture business objectives.
## Candidate Profile

### Minimum Requirements:
- Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in German (B2+/C1 level), alongside strong English skills (B2 level minimum) for coordinating across our international corporate network.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of one year within a professional sales environment with a documented history of success in lead generation, closing deals, or account management.
- Technical Aptitude: A solid comprehension of cloud computing ecosystems and a genuine passion for the digital business landscape.
- Core Mindset: A persistent, independent operator capable of navigating intricate business challenges autonomously, with a natural drive to hunt down new accounts.
- Residency/Mobility: Must currently live in Poland or be prepared to relocate completely to the tech hub of Krakow.
