We do this by helping customers understand local market dynamics, make the most of their marketing, and deliver experiences their customers will love. We offer tools to know what’s going on with marketing, competitors, and customers. We offer a unique blend of AI support and teams of real human people with local expertise committed to customer success. At Scorpion, we are ready to do whatever it takes to help our clients reach their goals. Our technology and personalized tools bring everything together to help local businesses easily understand their unique business, market, and customer needs. We put SEO, Reviews, Advertising, Email Marketing, Chat and Messaging, Social Media, Website, Lead Management, Appointment Scheduling, and more to work for local businesses. We’re a technology-led service with a human touch. ### About the Role The Post-Production Coordinator supports Scorpion’s Studios team by managing the post-production workflow from the time footage is shot and shipped to the office through final video delivery to the internal team handling the client account. This role helps organize project information, coordinate editor assignments, communicate creative direction and deadlines, prepare contracts or project agreements, and keep videos moving through internal review, client review, revisions, final approval, and delivery. This remote position is key to keeping the post-production process organized, calm, and efficient. The Post-Production Coordinator works closely with editors, producers, and internal teams to ensure every project has the assets, notes, schedule, and communication needed to be completed on time and at a high standard. ### **What Your Success Will Look Like** - Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow, ensuring projects stay on schedule from editor assignment through final delivery. - Coordinate editors by communicating project expectations, creative direction, client goals, technical requirements, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring they have all necessary footage, assets, references, and supporting materials to begin work. - Build and manage production schedules, assign editing work, balance workloads, and proactively remove bottlenecks to keep projects moving and deadlines on track. - Organize and maintain project documentation, assets, deadlines, and workflow updates, ensuring information in monday.com, Frame.io, and other project management systems remains accurate and up to date. - Create and manage editor contracts, project agreements, and assignment documentation as needed. - Monitor project progress, communicate updates, risks, blockers, and delivery timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. - Review deliverables for quality, formatting, technical specifications, and alignment with client briefs before final approval and delivery. - Deliver completed video assets on time while ensuring they meet client expectations and project requirements. - Maintain a professional, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach while successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment using tools such as monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, and Google Drive. ### **Who You Are And What You Bring** - Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. - Experience - 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment (experience in a creative studio, agency, or video post-production environment). - Skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces at the same time. - Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure. - You possess a direct, professional, and clear communication style. You know how to hold team members accountable, firmly but collaboratively. - Friendly and collaborative demeanor when working with editors, internal teams, and other departments. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Experience using online workflow and communication systems such as monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, Google Drive, or similar platforms. - Understanding of the video production and post-production process. - Ability to communicate creative direction, timelines, and project requirements clearly to editors. - Strong follow-through and ability to identify potential scheduling or communication issues before they become blockers. ### Our Scorpion Values - **Winning Mindset:** When our clients win, we win. - **Genuine Care:** We only succeed when we are truly invested in our clients and each other. - **Unmatched Results:** We deliver more than expected–and then some–driving the best results and impacting lives. - **Constant Improvement:** We believe there is always a better way. We learn we ask “What if?” we build and then do it again. - **Unbeatable Teamwork:** We come from different backgrounds but have the same vision. We only get there by doing it together, as a team. ### Compensation We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location. - The base salary range is $75,000 (entry-level) - $85,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. - The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions. ### Our Benefits We invest in our employees by offering them diverse benefits from best-in-class carriers. These benefits provide enough choice and flexibility to keep our employees and their families healthy and happy—today and tomorrow. - 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance - Flexible paid time off, so you can rest, relax, and recharge away from work - Paid parental leave - Paid cell phone and service - Remote office allowance - Professional development and development courses - Regular manager check-ins to drive performance and career growth through Lattice **Work Location & Flexibility** Scorpion supports a range of work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote roles.
